Though you should learn it still, you dont need to use it. Also Crucio really only "incapacitates" the enemy, see it like a temporary stun xD
Thank you! Ok, so I can say no to Crucio and I will still get to say yes to other Unspeakable Curses down the road?
I had him cast it on me. So you can learn it, and never use it. If you like achievements, maybe you want to get all the skills for that.
Crucio combined with Avada is awesome:
So you can talent Crucio where when you strike an enemy that is cursed by Crucio it spreads the curse and hits others. Then with the Avada talent, any enemy that is cursed will be hit by Crucio, so you can wipe an entire enemy encampment at once.
IMHO Imperio is useless and sucks.
Ah, good call on the achievments. That's a shame though as I want to say no to Crucio on principle for my character. Looking at the achievments I would need to play it as each house to get them all, so I don't mind missing this achievment for now.
I just wanted to make sure I do not lock myself myself out of the other Unspeakable Curses by saying no to Crucio.
Just not enough replay value tbh, to do the whole game 4 times.
Why would you say no? It has ZERO effect on gameplay and story. It's dumb not to learn it. Check my post above.
