Fix for PS1 graphics/ low poly and texture issue

If you have a graphicscard with 4gb or less vram copy this to your engine.ini in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

r.OneFrameThreadLag=1
r.FinishCurrentFrame=0

r.Streaming.PoolSize=2048
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=0

AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdates=1
AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesDuringGamethreadUpdates=1
AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesEditor=1

The trick is to set your poolsize to 2048 or maybe even 1024 and (very important) r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=0
It worked for my friend and myself.
I have a gtx 1050 and he has a gtx 750.
No more low poly no crashes
