Give it a go, it made my game smoother and gained some fps.

9600K, RTX 2070, 16GB DDR4 -> 1920x1080 144Hz

I'm having stable 75-120fps 90% of time with very rare dips to 50s now.

Worth a try, for some it may work even better, for some results may not be noticable, but either way, it's worth a shot!

For 4090 owners, they all are placebo

It's either UE4 settings that change your RT ultra settings to some garbage ones (I've seen some of them removing RT or stuff like FOV even if they're enabled on game settings), or pure placebo doing nothing

This is not the way to go OP, if you have any problem with the game, you should then forward the issues directly to the developer/publisher.

This is not an old game which doesn't have support anymore, this is a very recent release which you paid initial full price to use it without any constrains, so if there's a time to report issues is now!

Please avoid installing/implement this kind of stuff because even if it works it's not the right way to do it. And you can lead your system to be unstable or probably getting malware.

NexusMod exists for years and years… what you’re even talking about…

It’s like saying that people should not download mods for Skyrim while game becomes 200% better with UI mods and tons of others.

Just cause things are not the way that they’re suppose to be, doesnt mean us people, cant fix it and enjoy it the way it suppose to be enjoyed

To save other people some time, I tested just the settings from the .txt, just the .dll, and both at the same time. None of it changed anything in performance...

I’m not saying its gonna work and magicly make the game ran on 300fps, for some results may be better, for some same, but its worth a try

this is why i won't bother trying anymore 'fixes', it may help a bit or is placebo. So far anything I've tried, the stuttering, jittering is still present no matter what fixes, or settings or Dlss version I've tried. The game is simply borked for many users, devs need to fix this, not us.
