White border around the screen, how to fix ?

Hi, I just started the game and after getting out of Gringotts, this white border appeared on the screen. I try to restart the game but it comes back, also it doesn't appears on the settings menu.
Do you know any way to fix it ?

I had this bug. Solved by checking the integrity of the files (right clic > local file): some of them could not be verified and were downloaded again, which solved the issue.
