Use Winguardian Levios correctly and place the bones in the center between the two bones stands.
Solution for me was to abandon mission and start it again.
They are placed on the stands. The totems.
So when you're using wingardium leviosa on the bones, move the cursor over the bone totems. The totems will highlight and you'll know you're in the right place.
I am stuck on final staircase to Sebastian for like an hour now trying to fit the bloody skulls in different order reloading and whatnot xD
(Trivia! Contrary to popular belief, QA usually only makes notes and suggestions, but a review process determines how important it is to address the issues that QA finds. QA has no power beyond that. The devs might never even see some things that QA found because someone's review marked the issue as low priority. Sometimes, I think these workflows are too complicated for their own good, but sometimes, I think that's the only way they'll be able to do anything for certain projects. I don't like how QA gets hate when someone between them and the devs—and in some cases, the devs themselves—decided it wasn't worth fixing at that time—or sometimes, at all.)
