Is the hairstylist NPC bugged?

After talking to her that time when visiting Hogsmeade for the first time I couldn't get a dialogue with her anymore. Im at the point in the story where I can travel freely. Is anyone going through this?

I have the same bug as well...it seems that the bug isn't common (or at least I didn't find much about it on the internet). But I hope they will fix it either way.

May I ask: Have you talked to her and didn't change your appearance right away? I feel like that might be causing the bug to happen. When I first talked to her I didn't want to change my appearance so I left. After that I couldn't talk to her again.

when i started a dialogue with her the first time i was in hogsmeade i chose the option to refuse to change my hair. i went to other shops and continued with the main quests. after a while i wanted to change my hair and when i came back to her no dialogue start. no options to choose anything. so pretty much its the same case as you. i brought this up to the bug website for HL and they are looking into similar cases where some NPCs don't work and others are worse than ours because they actually need to buy a broom and the broom NPC is bugged.

anyways i dropped the game since i've been playing other games BUT a kind reminder to you for future reference look for HL-5260 in patches. if you see this ID it's most likely that our problem might be fixed. the folks that communicated to me said that i should follow that ID so follow that one. enjoy.
