How to get Kelpie Robe?

My friend who purchased deluxe edition 1 day after me 'deluxe edition', got Kelpie Robe. I looked up this is available only if you buy physical collectors edition. How is this possible that he got this on steam? can I also get it some how?

The Kelpie Robe is only part of the Collector's Edition.

My guess would be that he got one from a chest. There is a Kelpie Robe you can get in game that is not animated. If he has the animated one, and didn't buy the $300 Collector's Edition, then he bought just the code for the robe off someone.

im going to assume the keycode is tied to the WB account and not the console. since you log into your WB account to play the game thats how he got it. he probably had some one give him the keycode.

He didnt buy any code he just pre-purchased the deluxe edition on 9th from steam like any of us. He barely even touched the game. He was playing the game and streaming it. I said what is that robe, it turned out its Kelpie Robe and its animated. Its impossible that he got this because he didnt buy anycode, he didnt even connect WB account, he doesnt have nay physical copy or key either.

Or your friend lied to you about how much he spent for a robe.

The simplest answer is often the right one.
