Why not have both? Natty is a very good character. She is just homesick. I enjoyed her quest line. Poppy is my favorite student NPC and changing her at all is not needed.

I really wish we could hang out with poppy more.... i really like her character... natty on the other hand is a little bit annoying... but she did later learn her lesson and humble her a little bit.
