You don't get to actually take it. What the hell?! This whole game constantly berrates you with references to it and how you need to get ready but then it just wastes this massive opportunity and just doesen't do it.

It would've been so cool if at the end of the game it takes into account maybe which parts of the field guide you did the most of or what spell you used or maybe just dialogue options and it said "You should be an auror!" or smth like that. Would be a cool little way to end the game.

Yeah this was odd. I beat the main story. Yay. Told I had more study to do for owls. Sad.

Thought I needed to get 150 pages. Sad. Gave up.

Decided to rush to lvl 34 to see the year end thing anyway.

Turns out that is all I had to do. And the owls quest was removed. I was confused.
