Anyone else notice a bug when using protego?

Whenever I use protego while fighting enemies, the bubble will start to pop in and out on its own, preventing the dodge and parry icon from popping up. Anyone else notice this?

Only seen bugs with the Protego of enemies, they will sometimes dissapear entirely and the only way to see the color of it would be to strike them with an attack and see what the deflect particle effect is.
That might be a gameplay aspect though, certainly keeps me on my toes.

Yea I noticed that too but I also noticed the protego bubble will slowly flicker for a few seconds on my character when I'm fighting enemies. This also prevents dodge and parry icons from popping up causing me to get hit because of it.

Anyone find a fix for this? I'm currently dealing with that in my game. It's not the end of the world but it looks off when it happens.

Its bugged if you use the unforgivable curses/certain dark arts talents... and now I have to resort to cheating as I play this on the hardest difficulty. Certain boss fights unplayable.

I solved this by turning on VSYNC, uncap FPS, turned off nvidia reflex and turned on motion blur, Depth of field, chromatic aberrration and film grain. Hope this info will help you with protego bug

Did that really work for you? I tried it myself and nothing has changed are there any other solutions?
Please help this bug is ruining the game for me for over a year now...
