Mer-ky Depths Bug
No pun intended but the third moth in this room has mysteriously vanished, and I can't get it to reappear to move on and retrieve the artifact.

I have just encountered the same bug :-(

It happened after I accidently casted Incendio, while leading a moth with my wand.

After rebooting the game, I went back to see if the Moth was back, and it was.

So rebooting the game should be a solution to the issue.

I've also heard of Mirror Moths that disappears and this might also fix those.
