Game really needs an inventory and/or Storage Mod
I really hope someone creates a larger inventory and/or storage mod. I am finding that 20 slots when your gear actually uses like 6 of them is just not enough.

Not to mention sometimes you get a piece of situational gear or something you just want to keep because it looks nice and you have no place to store such items. It would be nice if inventory space was doubled or a storage chest was an option, possibly even summonable.

All cosmetics are instantly collected in game from every piece you collect. There are ways to increase your inventory space. You really only need to keep the ones you are wearing and can change the appearance to whatever you desire.

You can sell items and still retain the ability to use their appearance.
Go do merlin's trials and then claim the rewards for completing them on the challenges page. You get more

You expand your inventory in-game by doing the Merlin trials.

Sell everything you're not wearing, there's no reason to keep multiple sets.
All appearances are saved and there's barely any challenge even on hard mode.

This is a non issue. You automatically keep clothing appearances

Sell all items ASAP. No need to collect. If you want to leave some exclusive traits for different gear you basic 20 slot inventory is more than enough. Want more? Complete Merlin challenges.

I haven't had much of an issue, there's no need to keep anything since it all gets added automatically. You should simply be wearing your best gear and sell/destroy the rest and then transmog as you please.

Wasn't aware that the Merlin Trials did this, not a fan of the cosmetic change feature myself, didn't like it in Elder Scrolls Online either.

As others said, non issue.

If you wanted to be fair, you would say that you see it as a non-issue, you can't seriously expect everyone to share your opinion. Is it a huge deal, no, but I was actually more concerned with the limited inventory size anyways. Knowing that the Merlin trials gives more inventory has made that less of a concern.

Edit: Another concern I have is the huge difference in difficulty. I was finding Normal mode to be far too punishing, especially on the first boss fight with the Pensieve Colossus kept getting knocked off the edge of the platform insta-deaths. I restarted on Easy difficulty and can already see that the troll fight and the students duels in the Clockwork Tower were stupidly easier not even requiring any use of wiggenweld potions. I am concerned Normal is too punishing and Easy is well...too easy.

Merlin Trials can up it to 40 slots overall, gaining 4 slots per challenge level. It is a struggle to not fill them up at the beginning though.

I am unsure what there is not to like about the cosmetic system. It seems like all like pieces of gear for a specific slot have the same stat modifier so there is no need to keep a lesser item since you can just change the appearance to it if you like the look.

Then once you get the loom in the Room of Requirement it is pretty simple to upgrade items and even change their traits.

Sell whatever you dont want to use. You can choose to alter your appearance and ignore what you are wearing for attack/defence reasons. So wear those stupid glasses for their attack but remove them in your appearance so you dont look stupid. Its a pretty good system to get around the normal RPG system of employing spurious clothing ratings.
