Sebastion VS Natty

Anyone else also unable to stand Natty's personality? I find her character to be so artificial and lacking charisma. Without a doubt I chose Sebastion who is more charismatic and also less annoying. I was wondering if this is just me or does anyone else feel the same way?

She absolutely grated on me during the Summoner's Court in the first Charms lesson.

"That's how it's done!" she boasted arrogantly, as she snagged only 30 points.

I have created multiple characters, and I can't bring myself to ever take Natsai with me to Hogsmeade. She's just the worst.

I beat her in my game lol.. the others tell me i must be really good to beat Natty..

Natty's Dad got killed by Ugandan dark wizards which is why her mother moved them to hogwarts and we finally find out how animagi get made with her since despite it being tell not see we know she's a gazelle

Natty is definitely the weakest of the three "companions". I found myself skipping her dialogues more and more near the end of the game, I just couldn't stand her.

Sebastian... I liked him at first, but changed my mind when he went ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at me for working with a goblin. Then it just snowballed more and more. Eventually I just let him rot in Azkaban for being an idiot AND an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Ominis was way better than him.

Poppy I like best. She may not have this long personal questline, but it was fun, she's honest, nice and seeing how terribly some NPCs were written, she could've ended up like obnoxious Natty. I'm glad it wasn't the case.

Natty's a bit bland but there's nothing wrong with her as a character. It did seem bizarre though that Natty would be the one to accompany you to rescue Highwind instead of Poppy though.

But yeah, out of the whole lot Sebastien's the only one that's interesting. I wish we got more chances to interact with his sister so that we, as players, could care about her as much as he does.

Still, it's interesting...and a bit sad...to see Sebastien and Ominis's relationship imploding the way it is. I hope I can still learn all the Dark Magic without those two ending up enemies, or worse.

well natty accompanied you because it was a lead to rookwoods right hand man and thats who shes after. I get shes dealing with survivors guilt and it makes her reckless but there should have been more to her. Same with poppy, you dont find out until the end who her parents are and I wish they went into that more, meanwhile with sebastian it goes from 1-100 real quick

Yeah, out of all the main friends only Sebastian has some kind of personality, rest is just good dum-dum characters. That being said Sebastian is also annoying as He is super biased, and blind to everything He does wrong.

That's true, but the game is set 4 years before the colony\Protectorate of Uganda was founded. That said, she never claimed to be from Uganda -- only to come from the school that Rowling lists as being in Uganda.

Not defending the character (I find her boring -- many of the more minor background characters have more development than Natty does; Sebastian has the most development of the quasi-companion characters, but honestly characters like Leander Prewett, Gareth Weasley, Imelda Reyes, and Adelaide Oakes all have more development in less screen time than ny of them), but just pointing out the history.

I like Natty's accent, but I can't stand her being overly nosy. Kinda weird that her and Sebastian have same dialogue lines, but Sebastian's delivery is much better and he overall seems to have a lot more personality. I don't think it a writing problem as much as it is VA problem. I'm not that far into the story yet though so I cannot quite judge to the fullest yet. I know for sure Ominus Gaunt or whatever annoys the hell out of me. Something about him just irks me to no end.
