Unable to fly or enter homes in/near feldcroft and irondale.

Like the title says, I am unable to fly in the areas of feldcroft and irondale or the areas surrounding them. I can fly into that area but if I land I cannot use my broom again. Also I was trying to get demiguise statues in those areas but doors will not open or if I unlock them the door will open, but it will be like there is a invisible force field keeping me out. I tried doing a search to see if this was something anyone else has run into but I have yet to find any info. I have also tried closing the game and restarting, nothing. I am not sure if it has to do with the area of the quest line I am on or what. I am on the quest "In the Shadow of the Estate"

I'm also having this issue in Irondale. Feldcroft seemed ok for me, however... Anyone else having a similar issue? Any one figure out a solution?

I'm also having this issue with Irondale. Haven't tried Feldcroft yet. Maybe this update fixes it?

Doing the quest for the old lady in irondale solved the door issue for me

For me what worked was doing the flying competition in the area. Didn’t even have to win. Noted that I had also done the quest for the old lady so maybe a both are needed to fix it.
