Can’t talk to Gladwin Moon - BUG!

The Quest says to talk to Gladwin Moon. I’ve read up that it’s to search for Demiguise. Since this Quest began, the floo flames have become unavailable & so has the tracker. I had to walk round the whole castle searching for him. Now that I’ve found Gladwin, I cannot speak to him. It usually comes up with an ‘X’ to speak to hun but it isn’t. He’s just staring at me aimlessly & I can’t quit the Quest/start a new one. I can’t even restart without going right back to the start of the whole game. I can’t find any answers to this on YouTube or Google.

Are you on the Transfiguration Class quest? It bugs people out and you need to finish it first. Or maybe another quest is doing something similar.

She is showing me on screen share and she can't abandon the quest or start another. So what I am thinking is having to wait until nighttime to talk to Gladwin. We are waiting right now and will check back in to see if it fixed her issue.

did you fix this? i have the same glitch and cant do anything

Did anyone fix this? I also have the issue. It appears on console you can change the time to nighttime but on PC I can't do anything.

We were trying but the day cycle didn't even change so she just went back to an earlier save

I think I'm having the same issue where the day cycle won't even change so that the other suggested fix I saw doesn't even work. I think I may be forced to restart the game :(

Wondering if this is a reason only 30% of people have finished the game.

had the same problem,i had 29 demiguise(9 after i got the alohomora 3 level) when i saw the groundkeeper. by surprise i got the demiguise achievement.
