One Eyed Witch Statue Field Guide Page Bug

There is a bug with the One Eyed Witch statue field guide page that prevents one from completing the game 100%. The game prioritizes interacting with the secret passage rather than the page so it's absolutely impossible to collect it after having completing the quest Dissending for Sweets.
