Stuck at 99% at level 39..

I'm missing one side/relationship quests I've double checked everything? I don't seem to be gaining anymore XP now that I'm just shy of 40.. Nothing gives me XP at all.. What do I do :<

same problem with the level and stuck at 99% because one of the kill targets bugged away so i cant get the last costumne pice for the collection

A real pain honestly.. I don't even know what I'm missing that's the biggest thing..

I got stuck at 99% and usually most people have the mission Well Well Well to do as it is easily missed. For me it turned out I had one more round of that stupid Accio game where you do broomstick training.

I spent literally hours going over the map trying to find this one damn mission lol... but I also cleared every damn thing off the map at the same time.
