Stuck w/ limited controls

I wad on my way to the goblin camp, after meeting Arn in lower hogsfield, I passed by a ruin where there were two trappers, after defeating them I ran around the building and got stuck on the side of the building in a ditch, I can't open any menu other then the spell menu, I can walk in place but go nowhere, hitting escape does nothing, I can't fast travel or do anything and am stuck in this one spot, I don't want to start a new character but feels like that's my only option at this point since I can't force any of the important menus I need to get out of this spot, anyone else have an issue like this and fix it?
