Imelda Reyes and the speediest broomstick

I really like how they made Imelda's character. She is only a minor character, but has a lot of depth for just being a broom flying side quest.

Her stance about needing to practice and loving good competition so she can get better, is such a refreshing take. I am burned out on productions making a female character always good with zero arc and zero need for training or improvement.

If there is DLC on such, I hope that they add more of her as well. If they add Quidditch, they definitely need to have her in it.

At first I didn't like her but then when I continued on with that questline, it all made sense of why she is like that. I hope they do add a Quidditch DLC and include her in it. Maybe she could be one of the chasers. Seeker would also be a good role for her as well, but if they added Quidditch and allowed you to choose which role you wanted, then chaser would be a good fit for her.

Imelda isn't a bad character, but the fact, shes only the 2nd or 3rd fastest on every track kinda destroys the whole best/overachiever flyer vibe they were giving to her.

Indeed. I was put off by her behavior at first as well. Now, I am eager to be on her team in Quidditch. I hope they do build on her character as a determined competitive athlete.

Indeed. I figured that they added faster for the player to battle for more, but perhaps she is referring to fifth year students only.
