Stuck on loading screen

So, I'm stuck in "In the Shadow of the Estate" quest, where I'm suppose to guide Sebastian through a wall to get to the undercroft. Every time I enter the undercroft, the loading screen is endless. I closed the game and started over the quest, and the same happens.

Same problem, different room or mission, also in reloading the game

This is a long shot, but try doing a different quest and then get back to this one.

idk if yu tried doing some of the fixes like adding the game to exploit protection to turn off the CFG which stops antivirus from scanning the game constantly for malware. mainly happens in dx12 titles like this game an dead space. also u can try changing yur gpu clocks for games in the registry. by changing the priorities to high so yur gpu is fully utilzationing its clocking when gaming. windows by default dont have these setting set to high performance. yu have to do it manually, u can find what u need below
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile change pcresponsiveness to 0 for max performance, yurs is set to probably 6 or something higher NEXT Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\Tasks\Games change priority to 6 , scheduling set to High an set sfio to High, if u do other streaming video recording etc there are also options to max clocks for that as well, but i just do it for my games.yu can also try disabling fulllscreen optimizations an run as admin also turn high DPI scaling on for application

It's December now and I'm still having this issue. I get a forever load screen and when I boot it back up I'm stuck in the undercroft alone. I've retried the quest 3 times with the same result. Anyone found a reason/fix?
