Stuck at level 39 and 99% in field guide (RESOLVED!)

After completing the last main quest of the game (and also exploring all areas, all available side and main quests, completely filling out the Field Guide), I am stuck at 99% overall and am missing a side quest. My level meter is as full as you can get in Level 39 but nothing gives experience. My Field Guide is at 99% because it says I still need to complete a side mission. Frustrating to end this gaming experience on such a sour note.

Yes, I have completed everything including all side quests and main through OWLS. (have Seeker of Knowledge House Cup achieve) The only things missing are: a few points of experience to hit level 40, Field Guide says I am missing one side quest even though map is 100% done. I am also missing one wand handle (butterfly somewhere I think) but that should n't keep me from leveling.

I was able to find the missing wand handle. Now I am only missing the Lucky Leprechaun cloak you get for completing side missions.

I cross-checked my quest log to all quests in game and it looks like "Sacking Selwyn" given from a quest giver in Cragcroft has disappeared from my log altogether. :(

I'm sure that's it.

Even though the quest isn't in my log, and I completed it - I revisited questgiver (Hyacinth Olivier and was able to turn in. I am 40 now with all the end game achieves.

Go and speak with quest giver -somebody reported, that quest was bugged when Selwyn was killed before receiving it.

Thanks for this, I was having the same issue as I also killed Selwyn before receiving the quest. Can confirm talking to Olivier again will complete the quest despite it not appearing in the quest log.
