How to get legendary gear at level 40

I'm now level 40 but i've completed all the map. I can purchase some gear in the hogsmeade shop but i'm still missing a level 40 mask and hat.
Is there a way to get them if i have opened all chests in the game?

Enemies drop gear randomly, I'd try the arena.

Of course, just rewind time. You need to skip 3 full in-game days for the stores to update. If the store does not have the goods you need, wind the time further.

I kow this was the answer. After all this playing time i should have figured out murder is always the way!
