My friends run with a rtx 3050 with rtx on high with 80 fps
Power supply is 750 watt
Storage is: 500gb Samsung 970 evo plus m.2 and a wd black sn(something something lol) 1tb m.2

You damaged your graphics card with the overclock as overclocking a modern graphics card is pointless.
I don't think it's the GPU itself because I play Green Hell at 1440p max graphics, no rt, and never see under 80fps
