ROG STRIX 3060 ti usage EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED! FIX IN MAIN POST
Alright so I'm using an ROG STRIX 3060ti, 11600k, and 32gb ram. The game constantly drops frames, stutters, just makes it an awful time....but the GPU usage never seems to go above 60-ish%. Wtf is the deal?

I've turned down to 1080p, I've overclocked the GPU, overclocked CPU, undervolted GPU, DDU the drivers and reinstalled, uninstalled GeForce experience...I've done everything I can think to try, and it's not helping at all..

The GPU runs everything else really well, even cyberpunk....so what the hell should I try now???

Tia for any help..

EDIT: Solved! Literally turning off DLSS IMMEDIATELY improved everything! Thank you, guys, for all the tips and suggestions!! If you're having issues, try disabling DLSS...it worked for me 100%!

sounds like you're running out of vram. 8GB is brutal for this game. try all medium settings and dial it in from there

It's not a vram issue, I have another PC in my household that's running the game better on a 970 than I'm running on a 2070 super

Tried that, as well. Even went all the way down to Low everything and it still runs like garbage. I just came across something that I haven't tried yet. People say to try disabling DLSS and to use DLAA.. Ive tried every possible setting with DLSS but never tried to actually disable it, so that's gonna be my next step. I'm at work for another 6 hours but I'll post an update when I get home.

Thank you for the help, man. This ♥♥♥♥'s been driving me nuts

Are you using DLSS? Cuz turning that off entirely is my next step, I think

1) Did you build your own computer?
2) How many watts is your power supply?
3) What is your storage?

This is mine: https://steamcommunity.com/app/990080/discussions/0/3771239049949198785/

My friends run with a rtx 3050 with rtx on high with 80 fps

I can only think of 2 things.

Your settings or incorrect
or
You damaged your graphics card with the overclock as overclocking a modern graphics card is pointless.

Yeah everything is totally up to date. I did DDU the drivers and got everything fresh installed just in case that was the issue. Do you have DLSS on or off? That's the next thing I've got to try. I've heard turning it off fixes basically everything. Also, you playing on 1080 or 1440?

Just a thought but people seem to forget that SSD's are great but a sizeable chunk of FREE space is 'required' in order to perform optimally -- do you have at least 20% free space on your SSD? If not I suggest cleaning up some space and trying again.

Overclocking modern graphics cards is definitely not pointless. And the chance I damaged it are slim to none, to be totally honest. I'm seeing that disabling DLSS is the fix for a lot of people so that's what I'm doing next.

I don't think it's the GPU itself because I play Green Hell at 1440p max graphics, no rt, and never see under 80fps

Yep my game drive has just over 60% free
