Female face at character creation screen looks NOTHING like that character in-game

In what universe are these two the same? I literally created the character on the right, proceeded with the character creation, started the new game, skipped cutscenes, and took the screenshot on the left on the cliff you start at. What's going on?

I created another female character, selected a preset of an entirely different ethnicity, with a drastically different facial structure & features, just changed hair, eye, and skin colors, and surprise surprise, it's the same pinched "i really have to take a dump" punchable RBF as all the rest. This is ridiculous. Why does every female character look identical, and none of them anything like the character creation screen?

It's the lighting. It doesn't match the game world. It might be better with ray tracing, if you can use it, and aren't already.

But yeah, they all look pretty uncanny. Pretty sure male and female body templets from the neck down are the same, least just kept noticing the females have a adams apple
