It also really helps your argument if you haven't requested a refund in a good while too! I've returned unplayable games after 5 hours in menus trying to make it work, under two weeks, full argumentation about that, and got a refund within a working day. Guessing because if a game is just boring, or not what I expected, or really poorly written, I don't ask for a refund. Because that's on me. I only request when I've exhausted all possibility to get it to run. A lot of people around see one thing that offends them and request refunds and Steam folk frown on those sorts.
The fact that Nvidia has no game-specific update for this AAA title goes to show there have been significant issues with the launch of this game. Please do not try and make up any other possible reason for this clear ineptitude on the behalf of the developers.

*ITS*
*NOT*
*~FIXED~*
idk what more clear sign of poor devs people need. additionally this wasnt a day one fix with millions in the forums now throwing my post to the 3rd or 4th page with the same exact problem. yet people still believe
"haha, simpletons that dont know how to click a few updates or check remove unnecessary apps"
like maybe check their library to see they run higher req. triple AAA's yet have posted 0 problems and have 100's of more hours on them. its not their pc's.
(Its been a while since I did this exactly) but go to your purchases, find the game and then look for something about asking a question about the product. Then from there describe that the game is basically unplayable for you and how your game-time was racked up by the game running and you trying to play it more so than you actually playing the game. I've refunded a game where I went over the time limit because of how many times I've crashed and how long I spent troubleshooting and sitting through cutscenes, character creation, etc.
The game runs perfect outside the mentioned areas.
ZOMG UNPLAYABLE GIVE ME TEH REFUND is some serious serious nonsense. It's not that bad at all. "crashes and freezing frames" etc is a user issue.
Also LOL@ Alienware. The very fact you would use a prebuilt is a red flag of user issue let alone a Alienware.
it never going to change it all been going down hill since Oblivion's Horse Armor DLC
Stutter during combat is simply not one of this games issues. You have an issue to sort out.
