The misson "Get Cookies"， cage lock disappeared. I had unlocked the lock before the mission, but when I arrived here after the mission, the lock disappeared and the mission could not continue

It's a known bug and sadly, nothing you can do except for reload an earlier save, or wait until they patch it.
