Is it worth re-playing for other houses?
Basically I just finished the game as a Slytherin with 100% everything.
Does main quest for other houses has a lot of differences or it's like 1-2 quests and everything else is the same?

Cos I don't recall any special ones for Slytherin but before game launched someone said that one of the houses is gonna visit Azkaban.

From what I've seen, the only real change between houses is Jackdaw....that's about it.

This. And obviously, some dialog will change. But overall, it's absolutely not worth it, unfortunately.

Not sure personally but I heard it's not. Unless you want the achievements.

I'm mostly doing it for the achievements and though I'd just grind it, but I've been pleasantly surprised and am enjoying it.

remember when Cyberpunk claimed it would have completely unique storylines based on the class you choose...and it was total BS. All that changed was the intro and a little bit of ending.

Remember when Mass Effect had three different endings but it was just a different colour overlay?

Lol. I wonder if 2 endings here are just 2 different short cut-scenes too. xD

Bingo we got a winner.
Absolutely! There is the most obvious Jack quest, but also multiple other quests that seem house specific. Dialogue changes based on house in many areas as well. The nuances of each house is put in, making it feel more like a new experience, even when you did the same thing before.

I also noticed that clothing changes slightly to extensively based on your house.

If you're into story and background, I recommend doing the 2 hours for each house. The quests together tell a story and give some background, except maybe the one for Ravenclaw, that one felt off in regards to the story of the other 3 (and it was really annoying).

No.

There is 0 rpg element.

Hufflepuff gets to visit Askaban. Its a sidequest you get after you hit level 6 or something. Each house has a different side quest at this time aswell, but this is pretty much the only thing different between the houses.
