Cant place Breeding Thing

I bought it for the quest placed them in Two different rooms and wanted to breed the next row of Animals in the Beach thingy but I suddenly cant place it, It says I need to buy it but I legit bought everything from the Scroll Guy, I cant do anything, someone has a Solution?

The breeding pen? I was able to place one pen in each Vivarium. It may not let you add more than one per area if that's what you're trying to do. In the coastal enclosure I dropped it on the far left side close to the rocky border.

It unlocks for purchase later. It is not available until a certain quest with Deek.

Hopefully you have already figured this out, but if not or others are wondering, aftet purchasing the conjuring diagram for the breeding pen make sure you have enough moonstones to conjure each one to place. I had already placed breeding pens in two vivariums and was not able to do so in the coastal area until I realized I was short 1 moonstone. Then it worked. I hope this helps someone.
