You could easily get 40 hours out of the game, and I'd say if you hung out and did pretty much everything you'd get 60 hours.
As far as getting all achievements, I think it's a bit masochistic, but maybe you could get up closer to 80 hours?
its how you play the game, i like to stop and smell the roses, explore everything i can, its open world you can spend half an hour capturing beasts, or killing goblins, or collecting herbs, you don't need to rush though the game.
many people are over 100 hours
