The puzzle isn't even that hard. Have you got shadows turn down to low or something?

I DID google it and all I got is more and more compilicated interacts. . Because one website I looked at said to "place one post on the SouthenrWest more corner and place the other one in some other direction"

If you still have not figured it out, I would first give you some tips that made if very easy.
1. Do it during night, then you will see lines on your puzzle, like on the wall.
2. Notice how they have even given you a huge hint, by the fact that you can not put the pillars onto the symbols if you want to try that... the "marks" where you can drag them simply does not line up, but on the opposite side of the pillar with the moonstone, the marks on the ground will line up togheter with the marks.

If you still do not understand what you have to do, here is what you have to do.
1. You look at the wall and identify your two marks.
2. You move the two pillars (it doesnt matter which one, the inner and outer circle is just so you can move them around the "moonstone pillar" without them blocking each other), so that they are lined up with your marks on the oppsite side of the "moonstone pillar". So that you could have put a line from your mark, trough the mid pillar (moonstone pillar) and to the pillar you are moving.
3. Make sure you place the moving pillars ontop of the correct "gray marks on the ground" the one that will be on the oppsite side of your mark.

It really easy actually, consider an analog watch... If your mark is 3, then you place the pillar on 9, because 9 is on the oppsite side of 3. if your mark is 12, then you place the pillar at 6.
And you got two marks, therefor the 2 pillars, one for each.

Good luck!

You can only GO to the ruins at night during the quest. And that's is about as helpful as the other's people's answers. WHICH WEREN'T HELPFUL AT ALL.

I need to know EXCATLY which pilliar goes where. OR at least tell me where ONE pilliar goes.

There are 5 explanations in this thread to help you solve it. If you still can’t figure it out maybe you should play Tetris instead

Yeah and "tellimg me to use Accio" is something I figured out for myself.. what I can't tell is which pilliar is suppose to where. And actually there IS an inner circle and an outer circle...

I can move the pilliars around the circle *ALL the way* with Accio but I'm not sure which pilliar is suppose to go near the Ancient Egyitan Hypilegiorah and which is supppose to go on what was it either a snowflake or a moon.

All the "helpful" advice been as helpful as wizarding Candy for Harry Potter in Chamber of Secerts when he's fighting Baslik

It doesnt matter, but by the time you wrote this down you could have just tested both pillars in game, it’s a 50-50 chance. https://youtu.be/s6NVzCAh4a8

I have tried every single combination and NOTHING works.. either you guys have never had a noob RPG player before or I found a new bug..

Watch the video. You have to position the pillars so the centre stone casts a shadow over the symbol. If still doesnt work it might be a bug.

I saw you solved it now! And then please tell me again that my post was useless and not helpful at all as you said?
I literally told you exactly what to do! If you can't see your mark and figure out what would be the opposite side of that mark then you are overthinking basic knowledge. Nothing to about being new to RPG games.

I've done this correctly, the symbols do light up but the door does not respond. I tried switching the pillars but no difference. the door will not open. I think this is bugged.

Are the shadows of the pilliars corrponsoding to the symbols you're suppose to match them up too?

You need to move the pilliars so the shadows are on the symbols not the actually pilliars
