Question about growing plants in the room of requirement

I just got my menagerie for my animals and I love it, but do we ever also get a greenhouse? I hate how I just have random plants growing all over my room it looks so disorganised no matter what I do.

I never saw a greenhouse. You can only have plants in room, thats its only purpose really as you cannot have storage or usable furniture.

There is a side room down one of the hallways, so you don't have to put them in the main chamber.

Same. The RoR, even at its maximum extension, feels small.

You get a large side room.
You get larger tables with things like 5 small or 3 medium plants on it and you can place multiples of those. Not sure on the maximum number of tables. You can set the decor in the room to the gardening (Botanical?) theme.

If you change all the walls and floors to be Botanical / Green, it looks quite nice.

I have potions, Loom, and refiner in main room and fertilizer, chopping boards, and small, medium, and large pots in the secondary room.

It's interesting that some folks feel the Room is too small. The entire large chamber off to the side is positively empty for me, save for my Loom, which I can't comfortably or conveniently place in my main room without it being an eyesore.

There is an additional expansion available very late game to the "downstairs" room. I don't know what triggers it, but it adds another bank of windows and ceiling options that can make it look very much like a proper greenhouse.

As said above, invest in the multiple pot tables. Also note that some things (e.g., some fertilizer stations, but not all,) can be scaled down by pressing 'Z' if you're finding the space too cluttered. (Also, you can turn ordinary objects into statuary by scaling them up with 'X.')
