Outfit clips through your neck when characters head is moving around. Once you see it, you can not unsee it and it ruins the outfit.

Outfits and hair have a lot of minor clipping issues off and on. Or if not clipping, just awkward looking 3d placement (like the "necklaces"). >.>

There's only one scarf type/design I liked, for this reason, and it's one of those games where I won't choose long down-the-back hair.

The last patch made some of the long robes flap weirdly (they didn't before), as well.

Edit: for me it's mostly not a big deal, but I do notice/avoid outfits that seem plagued by it too much. :)
