Bug or glitch !? Unlock the cave near the spiders (Hogwarts Valley on the left).

Hi,

I encounter a problem in the valley of Hogwarts on the left, where there is an enemy to get out of the spider web.
Let me explain, after having killed all the spiders, going up on the right, the cube of fire is supposed to be in a hollow with a small bag of money, but it is not there. it is by doing "Revelio" that we realize that the cube of fire falls below the map and returns illico placed without being able to catch it.
I tried several spells "Accio, Levioso, Wingardium Leviosa" but nothing to do. I restarted the game, reloaded the last save, checked the game files and it continued.
Have you ever had this?
Do you have a solution ?

I'm experiencing the same exact glitch but on ps5.

The bug was fixed with an update on pc.
For PS5, I can't tell you.
Hoping for resolution with a later update.
