win 11 tragedy (solved)
i5-12600K
32 G RAM
RTX 4070Ti
Win11

This game keep crashing all the time. The program will just close immediately without saving the game progress. Sometime happened in 10min, sometime in 30min. Also during the game, there will appear some pop windows. it looks like some small program running i guess.
Definitely not the hardware issue. It seems like the game just don't support win11 that much.

==============
new update:

i got the solution, currently works just fine
=> open win's control panel
=> clock and region
=> region
=> administrative
=> current language for non-unicode program:
choose " English (US) "
click " Beta: use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support "

original language setting is chinese cause my system language is chinese.
but the same issue don't happened on the other games.

Nope, I have a Win11 PC that runs the game just fine. I would guess your problems might have something to do with those pop windows, since I don't have those at all. I would recommend taking a good look at what's running in the background.

Ran well enough on my PC with Win11. Second game patch caused a few random crashes, but that was only from the patch.

Did you check the Windows event viewer for error messages?

I will give it a shot, have the same problem.
System:
Ryzen 9 7950X
64GB RAM
RX 6900 XT
also Win 11, all drivers are up to date.
German language though.

EDIT: Crashes solved! This game eats RAM and VRAM. Without Raytracing, no crashes and less than 13GB of VRAM and 20GB of RAM consumption at 1440p / WQHD.
Unfortunately, with activated Raytracing, the game needs around 15GB of VRAM which exceeds 16GB of available VRAM when loading new areas (going through doors) which leads to an immediate crash to desktop. That way the game also needs at least 22GB of RAM.
I play the game with FSR in Quality mode, locked at 60fps and maxed out settings.
