Intro on loop

After the intro and title, it takes me back to the screen where I select what save I want to load my game. I'd then click my current one and it replays starting from the pensieve room and back to the cutscene where it shows Hogwarts and the title again. I've searched everywhere and only found 1 post where the OP said they turned off cloud saves and it worked. I tried that and even started a new character, I still have this bug. Has anyone else had this and if so found a different fix? The game is unplayable for me, any help is appreciated.

Yeah this is the single fix that I found. I tried doing this and deleted all my saves and started a new character. Same issue persists. Let me know if it worked for you.

So I ended up fixing it and my issue was memory. I upgraded to 32GB and that worked for me

I upgraded my RAM and also turned off cloud saves.
