As to default key or controller press or tap placements-effects is not ergonomic [Developers might view their placements appropriate ]. I had to rebind all of Hogwarts legacy keyboard (using numpad instead) in order to eliminate not ergonomic related confusion and mistakes.
What is "better" is just an opinion. I do better at any game on keyboard mouse.
Try playing FIFA with keybord and mouse.
He's defo not a dev
As said.
Get better at the game, or reduce your difficulty level to something your reflexes are more comfortable with.
As YOU pointed out, & I'll illuminate:
You aren't even as far through the game as you think.
You self-admittedly 'cheesed' (your words not mine) your way through combat after combat, & are now convinced that the combat system sucks because you never learned how to juggle basic cooldowns & tap your protego key when necessary.
You're playing on hard because you're a tryhard.
Not because it's the level you feel challenged at.
You also indicate the problem with "multiple enemies" .... There are multiple ways to break up a room & single or triple pull most encounters. You can even break encounter when necessary in many situations with invisibility.
Also as pointed out, potions & plants will literally carry you through even the most difficult fights.
Stop your playthrough, restart one. & make the character permadeath.
PAY ATTENTION to your blocks & your basics. "as if your characters life depends on it." ...& by the time you're fighting the best the game has to offer, you'll be qualified.
You just bad, stick to Roblox
Enjoy your award.
Did you ever sort out the stuttering? I've learned to just frame generation my way through it. It's not a fix, but it makes it tolerable. What I can't figure out is how some of my favorite reviewers, well judging by the videos they posted, don't seem to be having an issues with this. These guys are normally johnny on the spot when it comes to this sort of thing. For instance, Gopher, a let's player is a huge stickler for frame drops and stutters and he doesn't seem to be getting any. I think I may even be running a faster computer than he is, as well.
