Yea I found that stupid too, its only after you killed off an entire group do they become target-able but at that point they have the OP healthbar so its just weird. The ai could be a bit more aware to say the least....
- The trans bartender doesn't add anything to the story. It's tossed in there for the sake of wokeness.
- Imperio as you said, that you cannot attack them if they're under effect of it.
- No Quidditch game.
- Not many spells to learn. In comparison how big the game is.
- The game feels like Assassin's Creed with the amount of collectable chests & pages.
- Since it's a school themed thing. They could let you follow more lessons and actually learn spells in the natural way. Now you just get a short cutscene of you and your classmates following class. And with assignments you learn a new spell.
- No morale system. Which could improve the game if it had one.
You can basically just alohomora every house and just rob people of their precious possessions without consequences.
- After completing the game it feels empty. They could let bosses respawn so you can still challenge yourself in a way. At the end it's just an empty map with low levelled enemies and nothing much to gain.
- In between you do the quest 'summoner's court'. That could be a minigame instead of a quest. So you can do some others things in between. Chess for example in the houses common room with a fellow classmate. I'm just making this up.
These are just a few examples.
But I like to end on a good note. I enjoyed the game.
Still had fun despite the things that's lacking.
Yeap, Once you get past like lvl 30 really all the enemies are 1 Tap, trolls are almost too easy and combat gets yawn inspiring. But my biggest grip is not being able to hold spells down and being locked into a cut scene during those curses, it forces the camera position in a certain way which throws a wrench into the game-play for me personally. Id like the option to hold spells for longer duration's and or cancel a spell mid cast entirely.
Let's just pray that they make some changes in the next coming months. Game is still fresh.
It's CC, its a indirect DoT, and it works on ANY unit...
Yeah when you are down to one guy, Imperio loses it's usefulness, but until that point it is excellent.
I agree, Imperio does feel a bit too short-lived for any sort of viability.l
♥♥♥♥ it, Crucio crucio Incendio
Also, I like the fact you don't accidentally kill the person you just zapped with it. That is a QoL thing. However, you certainly can eventually kill them, so it's a non-issue.
I think its great even when you only have one person left. You tap them with it, and sip some tea.
