A bird in the hand door bug

The door is still bug for me, i try everything to unlock the door and it still locked !

My config:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
16 GO Ram
Nvidia Geforce 3070 RTX

it is bugged i try multiple times to solve this problem but nothing works

I have the shadows point in the right directions on the floor and you can see them on the actual door. I have tried nudging the pillers vback and forth to make sure they are on the circle properly and each time I get a little flare of light so I know its correct. The door still won't open and I have already restarted the quest once. Nothing.

Damn, I am retarded, there are two similar symbols that looks liek keys, it was the other one. Weird that even the guide I was looking in had the wrong symbol locked.

I have the same problem, also followed a guide just to be sure but the doors still wont open. It might be becasue I discovered the are way before doing the poppy quest. Anyone got a fix for this?

You need to put the pilliars' shadows on the symbols you need to not the pilliars themsleves. I was having that trouble yesterday myself For some reason I thought I needed to put the pilliars themselves near the symbol I needed too not the shadows

It is a bug. For me, when the pilars are in the right position, there is a wave of light particles flashing between the two symbols. And then... nothing...

EDIT: try the other "lookalike" symbol :-)
It is not a bug after all.

the guides online have you putting the pillar in the wrong spot. You have to look at the symbols on the ground. There is one symbol that is similar to the one you need to move it to. I got them mixed up. It's a common mistake.

There are two key symbols! Was stuck on this for a long while. Its supposed to be the one with a dot in the middle of the ring

A lot of time, it's a mixup of symbols. If it doesn't work one way, try switching them. I switched the symbols from my first conclusion, and it worked.

People have stated the online guides are untrustworthy. Maybe the solution isn't the same every time. Dunno. Didn't need to use them.

I have both pillars in the correct position to the point that they are now frozen in place and I have talked to Poppy and the Centaur to progress the quest but the door with the symbols is still in place.

I am having this same problem. Has there been a fix for this yet? I have the pillars in the correct possitions. The door shows the correct glowing symbols, but the door does not open.
