What legendary beasts?

Graphorns do respawn, while the Phoenix is one of a kind.

The normal ones that you can find across maps like mooncalves, nifflers, etc.

If you mean the shiny beasts, yeah. They respawn. Got two albino purple toads

Have you bred them?
Do they breed other Albinos?

If one or both parents are shinies, the chances of the child being shiny is increased.

Oh nice. I'll definitely go for Shinies then.

Yip I have a couple but I'm going to try to get a male and female of each both shinies.

Shinies are random spawn, including breeding (no shiny parents can have shiny child)

Phoenix don't respawn.

Named creatures also don't respawn (so if you somehow see them and you don't have a related quest, don't touch them)

So named creatures are related to quests? Jeez I was planning on capturing every single beast or own at least one. Now I know

So 2 shiny parents don't make a shiny child?

He’s saying that two shiny parents don’t dictate you’ll always have a shiny offspring. Similarly, two non-shiny parents can still produce a shiny offspring.

From his message, probably not but chances are increased is all.
