Potential fix for fps drops on Nvidia cards

After the latest patch my girlfriend was seeing the game drop below 60fps when outdoors, didn't understand why when just last night it was running flawlessly. It's not an amazing rig she's using by any means but it hasn't struggled to maintain a consistent framerate since she started playing on release day. It has 16GB of ddr4, a Ryzen 7 1700 and a gtx 1070, nothing fancy but she hasn't complained about performance at all until today. Did some googling and came across a post on reddit discussing some engine.ini tweaks. Made a backup of the file, opened the original and added some lines and boom! She is back to a consistent 60fps and no more stuttering.

It's not a guarantee it'll help everyone but since it helped her I thought I would put this on here. Sorry if there was a post about this already but I didn't see anything in the first few discussion pages, good luck!

Edit: Forgot to add she is using a mix of mostly medium settings with a couple turned to low, exactly how it was before the patch.
