First Percival Rackhams trial BUG

I'm stuck on the first tower. I ran all the way to the top of the tower where Percival is supposed to speak but I do not see anything there. I reload the last save and started mission again and it is the same. I only get objective "search the tower". But nothing happens there. I already see a lot of videos on youtube but when they ran all the way to the top of the tower, Percival say "Welcome to San Bakar's tower". In my game Percival never shows up and do not hear this sentece at all. What should I do?

This game really contains very serious bugs that prevent progress in the game. I really don't want to start playing from the beginning and throw away all the progress in the game. If the developers don't fix this and force us to start playing from the beginning, I'm uninstalling the game and never playing it again. It's really annoying.

Have you defeated all the goblin enemies on the grounds outside the tower? Found the letter in the tent that prompts your character to say something along the lines of "orders direct from ranrok"?

Not sure if the same issue as I had, but it sounds similar.. I had voiceovers not triggering and I couldn't interact with anything. It happened after I rolled back to an older patch, but was fixed when I verified files / updated to latest version of the game.

I know it's one of the first things to try but if any of you haven't yet, try verifying game files.

I'm stuck on this quest too, but for a different reason. I go down into the hidden passage, but I can't open the door at the end. It's completely non interactive. I also can't leave. The hidden door I entered from can't be reopened. I also can't teleport out to a Floo flame. So I'm seemingly stuck in the hidden passage forever with no way out.
