Hazel the Unicorn quest

I was really tired last night, but when I did the quest the quest giving NPC was just floating clothes,. I wish I took a picture of it. Did that happen for anyone else?

I really wish, I could cast Avada Kedavra on Hazel.. she always escapes me in the last possible moment and the progress resets... starts to make me quite angry.

Use disillusionment to sneak up then arresto momentum. Then use the bag. It's slow if she gets away so you shouldn't have to do much if you chase her and use arresto momentum again.

What do I do if mine just doesn't spawn? I caught 5 regular unicorns from this spot so far (they only spawn singles?) and scouted within purple circle for like 30 minutes now

Alright, flying away and interacting with a trader outside of the forest helped, she was there when I returned -_-
