There isn't a reason to horde. But it is a common question.
Second, there is a side quest/exploration objective that raises your inventory to 40.
Third, everything you find is unlocked as a transmog so you don't need to worry about losing the appearance when selling it.
but for gear once you have it its auto goes to the mog section so no need to keep them sell sell sell
well once you get the chance i was full be for i got there sadly if thats the case destroy the 60gold ones first there the cheapest
Limited inventory and always having to go back to the room of requirement to identify gear before deciding what to sell is probably my biggest frustration with this game.
Or you can use a feature that make the gear disappear for ever, like a permanent Invisibility Potion.
Seems like once you sell or delete you loss the item.
