Need Urgent Help!

I have fallen through a staircase outside hogwarts and my autosave/checkpoint is that point and i cant press anything nothing happens so cant even reload last checkpoints before it! i cant continue my game :/ i need a character reset or something or someway of loading a previous save from that one....any help?

You should have numerous autosaves to load from, I would try that, other than that there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of options

Hello normally I would wait until I live stream issues later on tonight but just saw this one. If you go to c ->users -> your user name -> (view enable hidden files) ->appdata -> local -> hogwarts legacy -> saves -> user id -> here it will show your save files. Find one BEFORE the incident and keep it. Move the one that is causing issues to a different folder. This should let you load to an earlier save. Let me know if that helps.

Thank you i was just about to say "i have loaded numerous save games now, even ones before it happened and for some reason it has locked to keep loading the error of me under the stairs...so i will try the save the good one and get rid of the rest but back them up incase i get the same outcome with the one ive saved...will update you
