Fixed it for you.
Only question is can they make it work flawlessly. My guess is the Host will be in cutscenes and not sure how they'll handle if someone goes down during combat. Will you be able to revive or will they implement the system used by NPC's. How will they handle quests and the objectives.
Let's hope they learned their lesson.
Think about it, UE4 is very commonly used now and is saturated with features and functions inside it's engines that can be accessed by modders very easily... People could turn Hogwarts Legacy into the same sort of 'adult' modding scene like Skyrim if they wanted.
Would actually be VERY VERY interesting if someone made a multiplayer Arena mod for fighting against one another in a way? Obviously modifying it so you can persistently keep Protego on to block basic casts, but the color would randomly swap based on the spells you cast at that moment (so if you cast any of the 3 color coded spells, the shield becomes that color, or a rock-paper-scissor order like this-beats-that order), using a unforgivable spell will make your shield white and can be broken by any of the three colors, and the opponent needs to 'dodge' the attack since it's not blockable.
Hogwarts Souls anyone?
And when you die, they steal random amounts of gold off of you based on your level.
And they are working on the Fallout 4 version too but no idea how far that fare.
Or difficulty mods with 3 times the enemies, or tweaking it so more than 2-3 enemies can swarm and attack at once, it's a little lame only 1 attacks at a time.
You can do it like dark souls, give players 'ancient magic' spells that can summon a player to your game or send them back. You can summon a 'ancient spirit' character who doesn't need to look like a student's model, and is transparent and glowing.
Even more fun is if you set up a server system so you can 'invade' players of other houses.
