There's also an option to turn off Chromatic Aberration.
Both of these are absolute trash features that should go the way of the dodo. Both are extremely common causes of issues with gamers, causing anything from nausea to migraines. Thankfully developers are being more aware of allowing them to be disabled (tho it would be simpler to just not include them in the first place).
and Film Grain.. Like who the hell thinks CA and Film grain look good? Insanity.
By the time I concluded it was going to make me motion sick, regardless, it was too late, and Steam refused my refund request.
My suggestion is to return the game now, while you still can, (Steam's return policies are pretty strict), then send in a bug report to the devs about this. If they address it in a patch, give it another shot, but otherwise, you might have to give up on it.
I turned off camera shake and Chromatic Aberration, which seemed to help.

What setting on it?
I'm going to think that the wobble you're seeing might be because you're using DLSS Performance as opposed to Quality.
