Potion Brewing Mini Game
I feel like I can't be alone on this desire, or maybe I am XD

Why do we have a mini game for lockpicking - using a SPELL that is supposed to the unlocking for you - but no mini game for potion brewing?
And, you have to do the lockpicking minigame, every, single, time.

Personally, I would love a proper mini game for potion brewing. Obviously not to have to do it every single time, still allow for auto brewing for those that don't want to, but for those that do, say you get an increased outcome (double the potions for the same ingredients?). A little incentive anyways.

I love the potion brewing they have in Kingdom Come Deliverance and would love to see more things like that implemented in other games.

But really. Why the heck do we have to "unlock" a lock that is already supposed to be unlocked via the spell, but we don't actually get to brew potions?

There are two things bothering me with this game. Alohomora shouldnt be a minigame, if so we should be able to toggle it off. It's like lockpicking a lock after you unlocked the door with a key.

Second, gear appearance applies to the gear and not to the gear slot making us have to change appearance each time we change gear.

The unlocking mini game definitely feels out of place - like either put in as an afterthought, or a remnant of a mechanic that was cut from a bunch of other stuff.

Agree 100% - I was hoping with the unlock spell, the padlocks would just fall off. Its not really magic if you have to pick it.

I feel like they wanted to cash in on the lockpicking mechanic, which seems to be all the rage in the past 10 years of gaming. When it fits into the world of the game, or character build, yeah it makes sense. But for Alohomora? It makes no sense.

100% agree that we should have the ability to toggle the lockpicking minigame off, as it simply does not make any sense and is annoying in this sense.

But a potion brewing mini game DOES make sense for this world and universe. Potion making was a large component of the HP lore. So why they failed to give us this option, but went for lockpicking "cuz EVERY game has lockpicking clearly gamers love it" >_>

On PC, you can press F to insta unlock locks to bypass the Alohomora mini-game. Not sure if it's there by default. Maybe it comes with Alohomora III, didn't pay attention to when I unlocked it. Or maybe it's difficulty setting. But at least the option is there
