When you grow up you'll realize that hot isn't entirely about someone's outward physical characteristics.

Nice try, but when someone describes a virtual woman as "hot" they are not referring to a multi-faceted ensemble of qualities. Your response is better suited for the attraction/connection between two people who have grown to know each other, which naturally cannot be explained by mere physicality.
