please help im stuck

hello im on this mission The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and the Loom
they are asking me to add a trait to an item of clothing but its glitched i cant to that

Did you make the reck? to improve clothing?

Because you're not the level for that item. Can only do it to items that are unlocked for your level.

The item your hovering over is blacked out. Can't add trait to those.

so whats the solution uninstall the game and give up ? im stuck in this mission for about 2 hours now :/

also it could be that you glitched the game by using cheat engine or similar, try restarting and reloading without.

choose one of the items that have a circle in the upper left, also maybe you dont have any traits unlocked yet, or you screwed up the unlocks or progression with the cheats? check your collection if you even have any traits available

Yes I have used a cheat so i can move on fast on the story because i dont have time so i think now the game is glitched no way to fix this :/

as i said, try closing the game and reatarting it and reloading your save without any cheating programs running, also be sure to choose the right item and look in your collections if you even have any traits unlocked that you can apply. If you haven't, do some side activities to unlock traits (getting collection chests for example)

i removed the cheat i restarted the game and also the mission but still the same issue anyway i will see what i can do thank for your time

maybe you're doing something wrong? at the loom, you hover over an eligible piece of gear, then hit F to see the list of traits, and then select one by holding the mouse button, if you have the ingredients for it.

fairly certain this broke some in game triggers and your save is now bricked.
