Trick to catching Fwoopers?

I have been able to catch everything, until I got to Fwoopers. It seems they fly so far and high, you lose the ability to recast to keep the timer going. Tips?

Arresto Momentum. Sneak up on them with the disillusionment charm and then cast that. You can catch anything by slowing it down.

Lol I managed to catch Unicorns by running after them like a madman, I didn't think of using arresto momentum. Will give it a try

If you are still early and haven't gotten arresto momentum try accio into levioso

I usually use disilluionment, sneak up and capture them. Other times I just sprint towards them and open the bag, depends what Im going after really.

I mean its fun catching them, but the story about "rescuing" them ist so broken... moreso because u can sell them, really... Running Joke between me and my Bf now

Kinda feel bad for having used Descendo (The ground slam) spell instead (twice, once at a distance to be able to get close without them running and once again right next to them before i start the process of catching them).

I got Fwoopers and Unicorn by casting leviosa twice on them. I cast from far away, come as close, as I can, cast again and open may bug. Time is enough.

Will confirm those work, did the same and caught one. Arresto and Gladius should work too, but haven't tried them yet so don't know personally.
